my wife had a great idea of cooking up a wonderful brunch for my mom, marshal and saradel and her family. it was great. my wife cooked a vegan strata, had some vegan sausages, a great fruit salad and best of all, home made donuts that rivaled the mighty o's.
after that we headed to the zoo for a day of remembrance and animal loving.
i grew up across the street from the zoo until i was about 6 yrs old. it was my back yard and i believe we went a few days a week, literally.
