obviously being from seattle, we are used to blaming the refs for our sports teams short comings. but yesterdays draw against slovenia put our US team in a rough spot. it wasnt the play, it wasnt the other team, in this case, the world agrees, it was the referee. our only saving grace, and the only thing that allows US soccer fans to feel a little bit better about the situation, is that England sucked it up yesterday and tied algeria 0-0. we couldnt have asked for a better situation. a 0-0 draw meant that Enlgand and the US both have 2 points and that we are ahead in the group on goal differential.
